Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a very rare quality that we find in any human being. It is really difficult to forgive someone who hurt you. Are you also facing that struggle to forgive someone who did you wrong or are you thinking whether our Lord Jesus Christ will forgive you for all the wrongs you did?

Then the answer is "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). And if you are facing that difficulty in your life to forgive someone who hurt you or rejected you or did many wrongs to you then my answer to you is to be Christ like and take him as a perfect example of having a forgiving heart.

If forgiveness is an art then our Lord Jesus Christ is the greatest artist I've ever known. There is none like him and none can ever be like him. But we can atleast try to be like him and learn this act and art of forgiveness. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the only true example of forgiveness. When his own people denied him, rejected and dejected him, hurt him in every possible way, spat on his face, and finally crucified him, guess what he did?!

As he hung on the cross-"Jesus said, Father forgive them, for they know not what they do" (Luke 23:34). Unbelievable right?!

Oh!!! What a forgiving God we have and what a forgiving heart he has!!!

Are we even 1% like him? Think!!!
If our Saviour Lord Jesus Christ could forgive those people who literally killed him, then can we not forgive those who did wrong to us?

Definitely YES! We can and we should.

"Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving one another, as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you"
-(Ephesians 4:31-32)

As the Word of God says "Marriage is honourable in all" in Hebrews 13:4, Marriage is the most sacred and holy commitment made by humans. Blessings

"And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shall hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God" -(Deuteronomy 28:2) There are countless blessings that our Lord has showered upon our lives. We are blessed because we are alive today, we are blessed because we have a lovely family, we are blessed for the good jobs we have, we are blessed for the food we have to eat, we are blessed because we have a shelter above our heads, and even if we have none of the above we are blessed because we are called to be his children and have been chosen and seperated to be a holy nation unto him. We can never ever thank him enough for all the blessings! When we have obedience towards his voice and the courage to walk in his will all our difficulties and hardships will be turned into blessings.
